Unpoly 2 migration fixed

jpic ∞ requested to merge jpic into master

Unpoly stuff is migrated, left to do:

  • drop the poll feature, deprecated in favor of Unpoly 2's poll unpoly
  • use unpoly's progressbar instead of Spinner with @tbin's animated CSS.
