Leave two bootstap addresses bake free.
When using this container for testing Tezos smart contracts, all bootstrap addresses bake. This is problematic when we want to test a bootstrap address Tz balance before and after a transaction. Le B1 be the bootstrap 1 user, if he sends x Tz to a contract during a transaction T, which itself sends x to some contract owner, B2, Boostrap 2. Then if either B1 or B2 bakes T, we cannot test that B2.balance.before - B2.balance.after = x which breaks the continuous integration if this situation needs to be tested.
We can re run the CI build manually and hope that the concerned user does not bake its own transaction. But as we test more of these transactions, the probability of none of the concerned users baking tends to 0.
I propose to leave 2 bootstrap addresses "bake free" to reserve them for testing the type of transactions described above.
